As someone who lives and votes in your state, I strongly urge you to support a new product called the “Prime Gun”.  It has come to my attention that the Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms has wrongly classified the “Prime Gun” as a firearm.

I believe that the Gun Control act of 1968 has not kept up with the pace of technology and “Prime Gun” needs to be excluded from the definition of a firearm. It is a pellet gun in function and capabilities, and should be legally defined as a non-firearm.

I urge you to visit the Prime Gun website at www.primegun.com and then contact the developer Chris McAninch at 515-480-4905 to discuss methods of resolving this issue.
